How long will I need to wait for my order?

We aim to have every meal delivered within half an hour from when you order but obviously there are many factors that will affect this; such as how busy the place you ordered from is at the moment you placed your order. A good indication is to look and see when your order has been collected by a rider, this will indicate that your order has been made and is on its way to you with one of our delivery riders.

How Eco-friendly are you?

There is no point in saving animals if they don't have a planet to live on. We try to encompass all vegan values and obviously the environment is a huge concern for all you animal lovers so we will always use bicycles to deliver your food.

How do I cancel my order?

If for some reason you need to cancel an order, the best bet is to ring the restaurant you ordered from and cancel it directly as soon as possible as they will reserve the right not to refund you if the meal has been prepared.

What if something is missing from my order?

Again, the best bet is to phone the restaurant and let them know so they can prepare whatever was missed out as soon as possible and we will get it delivered to you as soon as we can. Alternatively, if you're not in a hurry, you can let us know through email or phone what was missing and we will organise either a refund or a note to add whatever was missed out onto your next delivery.
